Be a Tree with the Biotree Urn. The Biotree Urn lets you grow a tree around the remains of a loved one, creating a living memorial.

Cremated remains are loaded into the base of the urn, and a tree is planted in the top of the urn. (Note: the Biotree only holds half of the cremated remains) Once loaded, simply add water to the top of the urn to expand the coco peat disk, and plant your tree seed into the expanded peat. The urn is designed to lower the pH of the cremains in the bottom, creating a suitable environment for the tree to grow. You may plant the urn in the Earth or a large pot immediately, or keep it inside until it begins to slowly crack. Once it begins to crack, it is time to plant the urn.

This urn comes with a GEO-code to create an online memorial using Biotree.earth, free of charge. Families can use this code to mark the final resting place of their loved one’s remains.
